Mercedes-Benz Key Replacement Requirements

To ensure the security of your vehicle, all replacement key requests must be processed with the vehicle present at the dealership.

Requirements:

The vehicle must be present at the dealership for verification
Current vehicle registration demonstrating ownership of the vehicle requiring the replacement key
Valid driver's license matching the ownership documents

Once ownership and vehicle information have been verified, your request can be submitted through our service department.

Important: Never purchase replacement keys online. Keys are VIN locked and cannot be reprogrammed. For proper functionality and security, we will only program keys purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Jacksonville.
